Payment Terms & Methods
To confirm bookings and ensure a smooth travel experience, the following payment terms apply:

  1. Advance Payment:
    • 10% of the package amount must be paid at the time of booking.
  2. Second Payment:
    • 45% of the total amount is to be paid within 3 to 5 days of the booking date.
  3. Third Payment:
    • 25% of the total amount is payable after hotel and cab confirmation.
  4. Final Payment:
    • The remaining 20% must be paid on the first day of the trip.

Special Cases:

  • For bookings involving Special Train Journeys, buses, hotels, or resorts during peak season, full payment must be made in advance.
  • Discounts and vouchers are available for every holiday package.

If the departure date is within 10 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.


Package Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation 25–30 Days Before Departure: No cancellation fees.
  2. Cancellation 25 Days Prior to Travel: 10% cancellation fee of the total package amount.
  3. Cancellation 20 Days Prior to Travel: 20% cancellation fee of the total package amount.
  4. Cancellation 4 Days Prior to Travel: 50% of the package amount will be refunded.
  5. Cancellation 3 Days Prior to Travel: 30% of the package amount will be refunded.
  6. Cancellation Within 48 Hours: No refund policy applies.

Flight Reservation Policies

  1. Reservations are confirmed only after full payment.
  2. Seats booked without payment may be reassigned without prior notice.
  3. Tentative bookings are not guaranteed; users must track them before completing payment.

Flight Cancellation Policies

  1. Cancellation requests made 30–40 days before departure will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
  2. Cancellation requests made 15–30 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  3. Cancellation requests made within 15 days before departure are non-refundable.

Amendments by Users

  1. Any amendments or cancellations requested by users (due to personal issues, non-payment, accidents, etc.) will be subject to applicable cancellation fees.
  2. A written request is mandatory for any amendments or cancellations.
  3. Services provided by third-party vendors via the Namo Airways platform will adhere to the terms and conditions of those vendors.

Airline Changes:

  • If changes are made by the airline (e.g., flight rescheduling or cancellations due to weather), cancellation fees will follow the airline’s terms.

Travel Conditions

  1. Travelers must adhere to the holiday package itinerary provided by Namo Airways.
  2. Namo Airways is not responsible for:
    • Loss of luggage or documents during travel.
    • Non-utilization or failure to utilize services included in the package.
  3. Misbehavior affecting others or Namo Airways officials may result in tour cancellation and legal action.
  4. Prices of packages and services are subject to revision at any time.
  5. Legal claims must be brought within seven days of the tour’s end; otherwise, Namo Airways is discharged from liabilities.
  6. New services launched by Namo Airways may be updated or revoked at any time, but users availing of the service during its validity period will receive the applicable benefits.
