No Job Guarantee: Namo Airways does not provide any job guarantee or job orientation to students. We offer the best opportunities to eligible students who meet our standards and criteria.
Non-Refundable Fees: The fees paid for any course are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. We are committed to providing the best platform in aviation and hospitality, and our “NO REFUND POLICY” ensures complete transparency in all business transactions.
Fee Payment Commitment: Students must affirm and undertake to pay the course fees without fail.
Legal Action: We reserve the right to pursue legal action in cases of breach of trust or fraud.
Parental Responsibility: Parents/guardians are responsible for reading and understanding the terms and conditions before making any payments for admission. Any concerns regarding the clarity of the terms will not be entertained once the fee is paid.
Exclusion from Course: Namo Airways reserves the right to exclude a student for disciplinary offenses, non-payment of fees, inadequate attendance, or poor performance, as per institute policies.
Class Satisfaction: If students are dissatisfied with the quality of classes, they must raise the issue with management, and necessary corrections will be made immediately.
Batch Transfers: Batch transfers are not allowed. In exceptional cases, if approved, the student will be required to pay the applicable transfer fee.
Changes in Terms and Conditions: Namo Airways reserves the right to amend terms and conditions, curriculum, course structure, entrance exam rules, and fee structure at any time, without prior notice.
Update Contact Information: Students must inform us of any changes in contact details (address, phone number, email) to ensure updated records.
Mandatory Document Submission: Students may be required to submit educational documents before or during admission for verification.
Document Authenticity: Students must certify that submitted documents are original and genuine. If found otherwise, the fee will be forfeited, and legal action will be pursued.
Admission Cancellation: Namo Airways reserves the right to cancel the admission of any student failing to submit required documents.
Stay Updated: Students must regularly check notice boards or our website for updates. We are not responsible for individual intimation.
Job Assistance: While we provide job assistance to students whose qualifications meet eligibility criteria, this does not guarantee job placement.
Intellectual Property Rights: All teaching materials and intellectual property related to courses are owned by Namo Airways and remain our exclusive property.
Use of Study Material: All study materials provided are for educational purposes only. The misuse of educational content will be the responsibility of the student.
Force Majeure: Namo Airways will not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or national emergencies. We will minimize disruptions to students’ studies during such events.
Pandemic/Lockdown Clauses: If classes cannot be held due to unforeseen events like a pandemic or lockdown, no refund will be issued, and classes may be suspended as per applicable laws.
Indemnity: Students agree to indemnify Namo Airways against any legal claims arising from their actions, including breaches of laws and regulations.
Liability Limitation: Namo Airways’ liability to students is limited to the fees paid. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
Severability: If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable, it will be severed, and the rest of the terms will remain effective.
Waiver of Rights: A delay or failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right or any other rights.
Dissatisfaction: If a student is dissatisfied with the course, they can email us at [email protected] to address their concerns.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Noida/Gautam Buddha Nagar courts.
